One member, one caller, from the first call through to graduation. Each caller holds an average of fifteen people or fewer, not a caseload — few enough that a member is remembered rather than looked up.

We find the talent, and keep training it

We know what to look for, and we find it in people from all walks of life. Training and support never stop, and what we train is conversation rather than content — which is why one caller can hold the relationship whatever a member is dealing with.

We back them with a business model that agrees with them

There is no limit on how long a call runs or how often we talk, and no appointment to keep. The member decides when, and for how long. Nobody here is paid to cut a conversation short.

We work from methods that have been tested

Participant-led protocols, refined through clinical trials and years of practice. Structured enough to produce outcomes, loose enough that the member still leads the conversation.

What enrollment means

An enrolled member is someone who has said yes, please keep calling, and continues to stay with us for more than a month. One answered call does not count.

What you receive

Escalations when a member needs your teams, and their evolving priorities, in the workflows you already use.

What we need from you

Somewhere for referrals and escalations to land, where the right experts on your team can act on them with all the context we provide. Beyond that, no new system to adopt, no workflow to rebuild.
